Fouad descend, via Maysouna, de la très célèbre lignée Mahiba, reconnue pour produire des chevaux typés, athlétiques et charismatiques tels que Madallan-Madheen, Maydan-Madheen, Mishaal HP, Imperial Madheen, Maysoun, Sameer et Sherif Pasha.
